after 3 yrs.,.,

im not happy with my role in the c0mpany anymore
and im not seeing my role to be bigger for the next n^th year
so that also means,  there is nothing for me to expect
especially, some improvement on my compensation

just as the last c0mpany.,., (f%^&#$+ favorites)
im not motivated to work even harder
and i felt that im not growing
and im under utilized with the company

with that said.,.,.,.
im tendering my resignation
and looking to move forward
with other organization.,.,
